POSITION SUMMARY:
IgnitionOne is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator for our team in New York to support our global content needs. Come join one of the hottest New York tech companies!
The Content Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with members of the Marketing and Sales teams as well as subject matter experts across the company. This position is based in New York City.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Coordinate the planning and development of all content (reports, newsletters, infographics, and more)
• Work closely with our Digital Marketing Coordinator to craft promotional strategy (display, search, social, email) for all content
• Own, manage, and execute global content calendar while keeping key stakeholders in the loop regarding the content pipeline
• Devise unique, creative ideas for new content that advance strategic objectives
• Work alongside our graphic design team to ensure all content is flawless
• Assist with everyday markeing team needs & adhoc projects
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Journalism or Communications
• 1 - 2 years of marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills, strong grammar and writing skills
• Highly proficient in digital content including websites, social media, blogs, video, etc.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and shift priorities when neededDetail-orientated with strong organizational and project management skills
• High energy and enthusiastic team-player willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent MS Office Skills
• Interest in Digital Marketing and Advertising
