Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator of Premium Seats is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales in selling and managing PSS accounts for the local area.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Director of Premium Seats in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Seat Programs in the local Market
• Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Seats
• Oversee and maintain accounts receivable and expenses
• Oversee and maintain marketing/Grass Roots efforts
• Coordination of all VIP materials
• Maintain inventory/reports
• Assist in maintenance of client relationships
• Act as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. Box Office, Finance, local marketers ) along with Director of Premium Seats
• Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
• Mail monthly season seats and additional ticket requests
• Coordination and facilitation of the annual VIP Party for season clients as well as other VIP events throughout the season
• Assist with the processing of program sales reports
• Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via Exact Target
• Assist in training VIP Staff at local venues.
• Coordination of on-site premium seat program responsibilities and client services for most concert events
• Interface with VIP Club catering staff to insure a smooth running Club on event days
• Responsible for decorating and coordinating themed nights on a show by show basis in the VIP Club
• Day of show responsibilities of getting staff, VIP Club, and seat inventory prepared
• Must be able to work shows throughout the year
• Conducts cold calls and assist in market research for prospecting new clients.
• Track all leads that come through the department and gather prospect information.
• Assist and execute spreadsheets and weekly projects by Regional VP of Premium Seat Sales
• Responsible for the hiring and managing of Winter and Summer interns for the department
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Associate degree minimum
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Strong communication skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of relative business experience
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Power Point
