Job Summary:
The Art/Creative Director's main objective is to provide creative support for sales and developing outdoor creative for clients. This position is responsible for developing concept and design for successful campaigns that generate revenue. This position offers a highly motivated designer the opportunity to work with a wide array of categories from traditional design to the ever-growing digital space.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, design and create successful outdoor media ads to meet client’s marketing objective
• Utilize research of CCO digital image library, stock photography as well as client assets, including website, photography and logos in developing creative
• Develop speculative art work for the proposal process
• Ensure all necessary photo release forms are completed and signed
• Prepare final image files to send to production
• May participate in sales calls
• Maintain and update Corporate brand guidelines throughout collateral materials
• Utilize and maintain computer equipment, printers, and supplies. Maintains Macintosh OSX workstation according to corporate standards.
• Follow policies and procedures set up by the local market management and corporate directives.
• Participants in company meetings and other meetings/events as directed.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Graphic Design or Communication Design and/or 1-3 years of relevant direct experience in Advertising, Broadcast or ad agency related positions.
• Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing techniques
• Must have strong time management skills.
• Be highly motivated and well organized.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Work well as part of a team, with marketing and sales
• Have excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages, i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign as well as knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e Word, Excell, PowerPoint, etc. Video editing capabilities a plus.
• Be able to work under pressure, multi-task and with tight deadlines
• Keen ability to assess situations, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.
• Ability to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency.

• Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. The employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds. Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus.
• This job is performed in a temperature controlled office environment
POSITION TYPE AND HOURS OF WORK
• This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
