Entercom Austin has an excellent opportunity for a Sales/Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position that supports the Sales Team, Sales Managers and SVP/Market Manager. The right candidate will have a healthy balance of creative energy coupled with good clerical and organizational skills.
General Sales /Administrative Duties:
• Create and design presentations, packages and one-sheets for our four radio stations.
• Provide all appropriate projects, advertising, graphics and digital pieces in a timely manner within deadlines.
• Coordinate paperwork and logistics for client sponsored promotions and events. Act as the primary liaison between the Sales and Marketing departments.
• In charge of updating all sales/marketing deliverables, including but not limited to, digital statistics, on-air proof of performance and event recaps.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to SVP/Market Manager, Sales Management and Account Executives.
• Attend meetings and events as required by management, which may be outside of normal office hours.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Social Media.
• Vcreative, Wide Orbit and Nielsen software experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with clients, management, and station employees in a positive and professional manner.
