We are looking for a rockstar to join our team in Boston, focusing on Research & Development (R&D) recruiting. You will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging top engineering talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. Above all, you will be responsible for Spotify’s most meaningful asset – its people.
What you’ll do
• Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to identify technical and values fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
• Lead ad hoc situations related to recruitment activities
• Advise TA Partners and hiring managers in how we make for a positive candidate experience
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Partner with our other Talent Acquisition Partners to recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice
Who you are
• Preferably, you have a Bachelor Degree
• You have experience with HR- and/or recruitment administration
• You have experience working in high-volume recruiting teams
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
• You are passionate about improving existing processes
• You are highly organized and have an eye for details
• Adaptable to constant change and hence you are flexible and skilled at multitasking
• You have a sound sense of urgency and like getting things done
• You are a self-starter, curious and always willing to step in to help the team
