Our next class will be starting on Wednesday December 6th, and we are hiring for an 7:00 am - 3:30 pm shift. Must complete training for the first two weeks with an 8:30 am - 5 pm class schedule.
Summary
Our Inbound Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing "breathtaking customer service" to Pearson VUE testing candidates through efficient, accurate and engaging interactions in a high volume inbound contact center environment. Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For:
Basic Qualifications
• A positive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
• At least six months to one year of previous customer service. At least one year of contact center experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud platforms.
