Position Type: Regular - Full-Time
Position Summary:
The Manager, Digital Conversion Marketing, will be responsible for supporting the conversion Marketing team's email marketing efforts across all lines of the business. This role will be accountable for the successful implementation and execution of the full scale email program lifecycle in a deadline-driven environment ensuring for both quality and accuracy of the campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with vendor(s) to successfully implement and execute email campaigns.
• QA, identify and prioritize potential issues and oversee their resolution.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate catalog of email campaign assets.
• Review campaign performance reports and conduct root cause analysis when issues arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• N/A.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with focus on Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of email marketing experience.
• Experience working in email delivery platforms, specifically Adobe Campaign and Cheetahmail.
• Experience working closely with Legal/Security/Compliance teams is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to execute campaigns with a strict adherence to deadlines and an eye towards quality and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of email best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance, and data privacy. HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
Requirements and General Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences - from developers and database admins, to marketing managers and executives.
• Proven ability to analyze, understand the business and achieve results while balancing and prioritizing work on multiple projects.
• Experience developing and tracking/monitoring KPIs and analyzing results.
• Must be able to communicate / interact effectively with all levels of management while operating in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, public speaking & presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management skills, organization and project management skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and an ability to prioritize in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Adobe Product Suite, Cheetahmail, Omniture, Google Analytics.
