Job Duties:
Oversee and direct the end-to-end development of all required design content for executive presentations, from conceptual ideation to production of materials.
Actively perform research to increase Autodesk’s understanding of current technological and socioeconomic trends that inform Autodesk's thought leadership.
Engage with leaders outside of the company to understand and convey internally the issues that shape Autodesk’s thought leadership and brand identity.
Collaborate with Autodesk executives and understand their unique perspective and style to maximize the impact of each individual executive.
Craft messages and narratives for executive communications consistent with each executive’s perspective and style.
Formulate visual and editorial concepts and collaboratively develop and ideate them with both executives and the brand creative team.
Direct the editorial process of writing compelling narratives that both conveys Autodesk’s point of view and informs its corporate strategy. Responsible for production of all assets, from storyboards to scripts to final visuals. Involved in the development of the presentation material.
Responsible for production of all illustrations, motion graphics and visual effects that support the visual content.
Collaborate with the Public Relations team to coordinate press opportunities, including sourcing speaking opportunities and production of material to support resultant press engagements.
Liaise and collaborate with creative and production department heads—both internally and with external clients—to discuss presentation concepts and requirements and to coordinate creative activities.
Liaise with corporate strategy team to ensure executive narratives are properly developed and captured in order to inform and evolve our ongoing thought leadership.May telecommute.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Animation, Design Engineering or related field, and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a media/design-related occupation.

Skill Requirements:
1) At least 10 years of hands-on experience with the Autodesk tools relevant to the applicant’s field of professional expertise;
2) At least 4 years of experience with writing or journalism, including a published body of written work;
3) At least 3 years of professional experience producing computer-generated imagery, creating imagery composited with live action to produce photoreal results;
4) At least 2 years of experience in an art director or supervisory creative role spanning conceptual ideation to production;
5) At least 2 years of experience directly collaborating with an executive team to understand perspective, preferences and communication styles and utilizing this understanding to craft appropriate narratives; and
6) Recognized by the computer graphics/visual effects industry, either as a recipient of a nationally recognized award or receiving widespread media recognition.
