The Role:
The Marketing Coordinator assists the Digital Marketing team in day to day management of marketing execution for our National Touring division.
Responsibilities:
• Manage implementation of all ad operations requirements for digital campaigns - tracking, tagging, publisher/agency correspondence, etc.
Run ad operations utilizing 3rd party ad server, traffic and QA assets for assigned Tours
• Manage gathering and aggregating various sources of data to prepare recap reports of digital campaign performance, spends, and sales for distribution to tour marketers, managers and internal staff
• · Assist with compiling information and designing presentations
• Provide QA and troubleshooting support for all ad campaigns
• Compile and distribute reports such as ComScore, Vendor Media Kits and consumer research.
• Coordinate calendar of vendor presentations for internal meetings / calls
• Manage Digital Media Interns and monitor work assignments, completion and schedule
• Populate information from vendors and industry for LN Marketing teams to access
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics or related field
1-2 years experience in digital marketing, or entertainment field
• Experience with third-party tracking/reporting systems preferred (i.e. Atlas, DFA/DCM, Pointroll, Sizmek, Mediaplex, etc.
• · Previous experience with online performance reporting, analytics and data analysis
• Detail oriented and able to coordinate multiple projects for on time delivery
• Motivated Self Starter with a proactive nature and able to work in a very fast paced environment
• High proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint / Keynote are a must
• Active online and on mobile with intellectual curiosity about the field of digital advertising
• General knowledge of music, entertainment, technology is preferred
