Senior Producer
Brand Lab is a full service agency supporting WIRED Media Group, GQ, Golf Digest and Pitchfork that encompasses strategic development, creative and experiential execution and cross platform storytelling. We create custom content and experiences on behalf of the world’s most premium advertisers.
We are looking for a highly motivated Producer with at least 3 years of experience who enjoys working in an extremely fast-paced and creative environment. The ideal candidate will be a solid self-starter with good judgment, clear communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology, media and innovation.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate and brainstorm innovative advertising programs with inter-disciplinary teams including sellers, designers, copywriters, developers, and digital planners
• Act as the client-facing single point of contact in all post sale communication
• Develop project management briefs and production timelines for internal and client use
• Create detailed budget estimates and determine appropriate revenue projection, ensure accurate invoicing and account reconciliation
• Track timelines and expense to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Research and manage new vendor relations and technology partners
• Work with internal teams to create detailed program recaps, case studies, and proactive marketing collateral
Requirements:
• Hyper-organized and detail oriented
• A vocal participant and team player
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to take on more than what is in your job description
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Keynote
