The Role:
Live Nation Entertainment, the largest live entertainment company in the world, is looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to bring their passion for music, experience in ad sales marketing and knowledge of the digital and social media world to the position of Digital Marketing Solutions Manager.
In this role you'll be tasked with developing cutting edge digital-based marketing campaigns for Live Nation’s advertising partners and writing inspiring client proposals while working in a fun and dynamic environment with a group of forward-thinking individuals.
Responsibilities:
This position’s primary role is to support the Live Nation Digital Sales team to develop and win profitable business from corporate advertisers. Specific responsibilities include:
• Develop engaging and creative marketing programs for brand marketers or media agencies leveraging the latest in digital and mobile media, social engagement and content
• Compose clear, concise and visually engaging marketing proposals in response to digital media RFPs
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative research on consumer behavior, marketing trends, digital and social media developments and specific industry/client businesses to enhance sales probability
• Assist in internal brainstorming sessions for prospective clients
• Work within integrated marketing team structure to collaborate and add value across all pitches
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders to confirm feasibility and pricing for all program elements of ideas/proposals
• Develop detailed budgets for proposed digital marketing programs
• Acquire a complete knowledge of Live Nation online and offline assets/capabilities and identify their role in achieving client business objectives
• Develop and organize Live Nation sales tools such as property one-sheets, consumer research documents, proactive online / offline marketing packages, etc.
Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, cross-platform media or consumer promotions
• Strong experience in writing media / marketing proposals and responding to RFPs
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational and project management skills
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date on social media and digital marketing practices and trends
• PowerPoint savvy (Keynote a plus)
• Experience with online research tools comScore, Simmons and Nielsen @plan preferred
• Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Possesses keen knowledge of the latest trends in the digital, social, mobile and content spaces
• Extremely resourceful and works well within team environment
• Flexible, fast learner
• High degree of self initiative
