General Description
Condé Nast Co/Lab’s Performance Marketing team supports the organization’s brand portfolio as a centralized digital expert in social and paid media distribution. This role will define and drive performance marketing solutions for Condé Nast’s growing branded content revenue stream. The Manager will own social and paid media planning, strategy development, and execution to achieve efficiency and improve engagement with digital content across all Condé Nast properties. This role will also maintain vendor relationships with Facebook, Google, and Content Discovery platforms to ensure campaign success and pioneer new opportunities in the space. Primary Responsibilities
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, and Content Discovery.
• Develop social and paid media strategy to inform platform selection, targeting approach, pricing, and flighting.
• Ensure creative satisfies company best practices and drive constant feedback loop to improve social execution.
• Serve as central point of contact for platform vendors and ensure business needs are being met.
• Identify and evaluate new distribution platforms based on ad offering, pricing, objective, and performance.
• Work alongside CitizenNet, a Condé Nast-owned company, to execute all social media campaigns and leverage proprietary technology to drive efficiency and engagement.
• Assist with internal workflows and processes across Digital Operations and Performance Marketing teams to ensure all campaigns satisfy client objectives and delivery requirements.
• Maintain branded content center of excellence and serve as subject matter expert for social and paid media distribution for key internal stakeholders across Sales and Digital Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years digital marketing experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company. Expertise in social and digital media is a must.
• Hands-on experience with executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns using Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, and Content Discovery platforms.
• Understanding of paid media landscape, platforms, and expected cost per models for traffic & conversion-based campaigns.
• Experience managing and growing relationships with external vendors.
• Familiarity with branded content development and distribution.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Advertising required.
