The Executive Account Director is responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying prospects, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations, negotiating rates/schedules and communicating results and/or challenges to management. The ideal candidate will have effective sales skills, strong digital acumen and superior communication skills. A proven ability to plan, develop and implement sales strategies that produce results is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling complete integrated packages in the Travel category
• Responsible for cultivating, developing and maintaining relationships with key advertising decision makers at both the agency and client level
• Maintain and improve CNT advertising and SOM
• Use various sales aides, visual presentations, research reports and sales support data to help effectively deliver CNT’s message to clients
• Use Salesforce.com to provide accurate and timely business estimates, forecasts, paperwork/administration
• Submit weekly itineraries; attend industry trade shows, some travel within the Northeast corridor may be required
• Keep relevant others informed (management, split partners) regarding account status, proposals, personnel changes, etc.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years minimum Sales experience
