Job Description
The Wall Street Journal is seeking a risk and compliance reporter to write news, analysis and commentary for the compliance officers, regulators and lawyers who read WSJ Risk & Compliance Journal to help them in their jobs. Our coverage focuses on the hottest areas of risk and compliance, including bribery, money laundering, sanctions, cybercrime, governance and strategic risk. Our stories always aim to provide readers with an assessment of the significance of news and how it fits with broader trends. We need a reporter who can work independently to develop sources, who can write for a sophisticated audience and identify important developments. Experience covering risk and compliance or a related field is essential.
