Job Description
Are you a bit of a ‘performance junkie’ who is slightly obsessed with measuring and improving on the success of your last digital campaign?If so we would love to meet you.
As a Traffic Manager you will be responsible for driving the performance of our acquisition channels in a rapidly progressive business environment. You will report directly to and collaborate with the Ecommerce Marketing Director as well as working closely with the Marketing, CRM, Analytics teams integrating your efforts to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Your will be responsible of the following tasks:
• Builds Monthly / Quarterly / Annual acquisition plan in order to maximize conversion (ROI)
• including owned and paid media (SEA, Affiliation, Social, Email, RTB, Retargeting...)
• Partners with internal services (MKG, CRM, and our subsidiaries) in order to maximize visibility and budgets
• Finds new partners and solutions in order to increase qualitative traffic
• Focus on traffic volume and quality through conversion rate objectives.
• Be data driven and better understand our prospects and customers path with a new attribution model., but also thanks to intuitive dashboards helping to make quick decisions
• Define and execute our audience strategie and DMP segmentation
• Run, adjust and report media campaing on a weekly basis
Qualifications
Essential skills
• At least 2/3 years experience in digital acquisition
• Excellent numeracy, analysis and reporting skills - exceptionally strong with Excel
• Highly analytical with the ability to analyse and present data insights
• Strong digital marketing experience (Google Adwords, Bing, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Affiliation, RTB…)
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and metrics from CPA to funnel analysis (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Mixpanel)
• Experience with PPC, SEO, mobile and affiliates
• Ability to deliver to deadlines in a complex environment
• Ability to integrate digital campaigns with offline and social media

• Team player with a willingness to always want to roll up your sleeves and help out
• Lastly, but most importantly, the ability to problem solve and find solutions to challenges
