Job Summary:
The Incentive Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s annual incentive programs, financial modeling and analysis, evaluating and forecasting bonus payments, streamlining bonus processes and ensuring bonus plans are current, as well as ensuring year-end bonus calculations are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities
•Work with HR Business Partners to determine eligibility of management and executive level employees for annual incentive plans. Provide 360 degree analysis to determine individual bonus targets and components
•Maintain inventory of eligible employees for annual incentive compensation plans within Workday and ensure accuracy in the prorations and bonus components of each individual as organizational shifts occur
•Analyze company financial data to use in forecasting annual bonus payments on an individual and organizational level and provide monthly detailed forecast reports to respective finance personnel within the organization
•Calculate and process annual bonus payments for Associate, Management, and Executive level employees
•Create ad-hoc analyses for various projects, acting as the Incentive Compensation subject matter expert
•Prepare and distribute communication materials for employees in annual incentive compensation plans
•Assist Director of Compensation with the Performance Management process
•Collaborate with Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) to ensure that bonus plans and metrics are properly reflected in Workday
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Human Resource Management or related field
•2-3 years business experience preferred in incentive compensation or related field
•Advanced working knowledge of Excel
•Display strong quantitative and analytical abilities
•Extremely organized with a concentrated emphasis to detail
•Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
•Efficient in project management
•Strong problem solving skills
•Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with the capability to work through stressful situations with time constraints
