eCRM Manager, Marketing Technology
Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for an eCRM Manager to join the Marketing Technology team. This person will work alongside our existing eCRM Managers to further develop our campaign strategy and execution, in coordination with the Digital Marketing, Publishing, eSports and Development teams.
Reporting to the Manager, eCRM.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, optimize and extend the eCRM program
• Define and detail future eCRM program schedule along with the EU Franchise and Global CRM teams
• Define and focus on local / country-specific related programs to address specific offers and needs
• Coordinate and communicate with various teams on content-creation, testing, and validation
• Help define and maintain eCRM software filters, rules and conditions
• Identify and help prioritize features, data attributes, and automations for eCRM product development in coordination with HQ teams
• Participate in Consumer Insight and surveys and specific consumer data analytics (customer segmentation, satisfaction measurement etc.)
• Provide campaign details including controls to Analytics team for campaign reporting
• Produce monthly and quarterly campaign reporting, advising on performance and future optimizations
• Identify new areas of campaign revenue and optimize existing sources
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in eCRM
• Good technical understanding of software architecture and customer databases
• Experience working with Salesforce/Exact Target, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Strong understanding of AMPscript language use for personalizing content
• Familiarity with SQL or Salesforce Object Query language
• Strong understanding of data segmentation and targeted messaging
• Good understanding of subscription revenue business models as well as sensitivity to business goals and perspectives
• Proven experience of email production, design and testing
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to detail
• Proven RoI-focused campaign management skills
• Solid grasp of email design and best-practices
• English copywriting experience for marketing campaigns or similar
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pluses:
• Experience of implementing eCRM software in previous companies
• Familiar with managing campaigns in multiple languages
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Expertise in consumer data analytics and campaign reporting (including analytical and reporting software)
• Experience with working in B2C and/or new tech startups
• Work experience in a company with a subscription-based revenue model (ISP,TV etc.)
• Fluency in other European languages
• Passion for gaming, and a good knowledge of fantasy and sci-fi
• Interest in technology and social media
