PRI Healthcare Solutions, a division of Haymarket Media, Inc., is seeking a Digital Campaign Strategist to join the Marketingteam. This position is located in ourNew York, NY and Paramus, NJ office.
Job Overview:
The Digital Campaign Strategist will be responsible for working across departments (i.e. Advertising Operations [Ad-Ops], Email Operations [Email-Ops], Marketing, Client Services), as well as with outside vendors to gather and deliver information pertaining to print and digital advertising campaigns.
As the primary contact between internal departments for digital campaign information, strong communication skills are a must. The Digital Campaign Strategist will collaborate with Sales and Ad Operations to develop media plans and project manage audience segmentation.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of advertising products, inventory, pricing, and products by collaborating with Ad-Ops, marketing, and editorial
• Develop strategic media plans in response to budget and needs
• Coordinate with Ad-Ops to formulate agreed upon media plans, according to cost/budget/and campaign delivery
• Proactively facilitate discussions with client services and Ad-Ops where necessary
• Work closely with third party vendors and across in-house teams to strategically formulate the appropriate target lists for advertising and email campaigns
• Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity, building strong relations with sales, marketing, finance, Ad-Ops, and editorial
• Input sales orders in SalesForce
• Traffic all media insertion orders and campaigns with Ad-Ops
• Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance, presenting areas for potential budgetary shifts and reorganization of media plans during campaigns
• Project-manage timelines and creative asset submissions for digital campaigns
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on additional marketing projects as assigned for the NJ Medical Marketing team
• Take ownership of projects from beginning to end and provide best in class services
Skills and Requirements:
• 1-2 years of industry experience or related work
• Strong communication skills and a logical thinker a must
• Ability to own a project from beginning to end
• Superior attention to detail and organization
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheet Skills is a plus
• Experience with SalesForce
• Knowledge of digital order management systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
