This position will support the technical applications and platforms that assist our Sales teams in their day to day operations.
The Sales Ops Support Specialist will support the Sales teams across the iHeartMedia portfolio of companies. Responsibilities include providing support for all Sales Operations as well as general technical assistance & guidance on best practice for Sales software and systems. The position will be responsible for resolving issues and managing escalations that are related to supporting the Sales teams. This position will also work with the Salesforce development team to qualify software bugs and enhancement as identified by the end users.
Responsibilities Include:
NOTE:
This position will support the technicalapplications and platforms that assist our Sales teams in their day to day operations.
• Responsible for understanding & supporting the sales processes & procedures used by iHeartmedia Sales teams; end to end.
• Work with Sales leadership to understand and promote the adoption of CRM solution with the Sales teams, as well as reinforcing best practices
• User administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignments, etc.
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules in coordination with Sales leadership
• Troubleshoot SFDC issues that occur
• Support end users on the salesforce.com application
• Support end users with all iHeartmedia technical issues related to Sales Operation Applications
• Assist with general IT support as necessary to support iHeartmedia Sales teams
• Assist in identifying bugs and/or enhancements for development as well as assist in creating user stories
• Assist in creating and maintaining all Knowledge Base documentation for Sales Operations Support team, including documentation of processes and best practices
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing operations, business analyst and/or financial administration
• 2-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, certification preferred
• 2-3 years of experience with operational support using Salesforce.com
• Prior Help Desk experience resolving technical hardware and software issues
• Must be experienced Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
• Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
