Data Analyst, Hearst Magazines Digital Media/Ad Operations
Hearst Digital Media is seeking a data analyst who will be responsible for both the ongoing support, day-to-day product management and roadmap of our proprietary reporting platform, MAP, as well as help us establish best practices for campaign reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the day-to-day support for our proprietary reporting tool, working closely with the Account Management and Project Management teams
• Troubleshoot any reporting issues
• Work with the engineering team to prioritize new features and enhancements
• Work with the various stakeholders within HDM to help determine the longer term roadmap
• Scope out enhancements to the tool
• Help quantify the efficiency benefits the tool is bringing to Hearst
• Look at opportunities both internal and external to license out the technology
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years work experience in digital media required
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics or mathematics, or related work experience in quantitative disciplines, preferred
• Must have strong analytical skills, enjoy working with numbers and analyzing data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
