CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Company Description
Ubisoft Entertainment, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This individual will report to the Manager of CRM Strategy and Planning and will develop, manage and execute campaigns and programs that enrich Ubisoft’s relationships with our gamers across our store entities.

Job Description
• Lead customer engagement strategy, planning, optimization and measurement across the Ubisoft Store and build out customer journeys for the various aspects of the lifecycle based on attributes and shopping patterns of customers
• Create customer lifecycle marketing frameworks and programs to attract and retain shoppers to the store
• Work to both plan the strategic communication and the actual execution of the program and lifecycle frameworks, ensuring quality deliverables
• Incorporate specific tactical programs and/or content strategies in lifecycle plans to drive user engagement and increase revenue
• Work with internal and agency resources for planning and execution of plans and specific tactics
• Plan out needed personalization and dynamic content for all portions of the campaign across multiple channels
• Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns
• Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation with the direct marketing space
• Be a customer advocate within Ubisoft marketing, ensuring the highest quality interactions with the customer across all lifecycle channels
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of online marketing experience with demonstrated success in email marketing and online engagement programs
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, advanced degrees a plus.
• Background in direct marketing for commerce preferred
• A strong understanding of entertainment and/or video game industry a huge plus
• A strong understanding and background in marketing communication principals and best practices
• A strong understanding of digital design principals, user experience design and deliverability best practices
• A strong understanding of direct marketing and how it can be used to drive user engagement
• Experience with and understanding of web and e-mail tracking technology.
• English language skills required, French language skills a plus.
