POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner / Director of Human Resources will lead Conde Nast’s digital organization, Co/Lab, which includes engineering, product, design, consumer intelligence & analytics and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, business and client organization.
• Build effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization, in order to be a key influencer of both people and business decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to define and implement an HR strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Collaborate with the Co/Lab client group to grow internal cohesion and a shared corporate culture.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to hire the best talent into this rapidly growing organization.
• Act as an ambassador throughout the organization to promote and cross-integrate Co/Lab talent.
• Provide expert HR counseling, coaching, training and development in partnership with the other HR teams.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 7-10 years’ progressive experience as an HR generalist with current experience in a digital/tech company.
• Prowess in integrating the HR value proposition with business priorities and developing strategies to meet the company’s needs and goals.
• Creativity and a track record of putting those ideas into practice. Adaptability and tenacity; the ability to continuously assess outcomes against objectives and pivot accordingly.
• Integrity, assertiveness and the ability to build trust easily.
