Senior Producer, New Platforms
Condé Nast Entertainment is seeking a senior Producer to help lead the evolution of the digital video business into emerging platforms, including social, OTT, VOD, and 360/VR.
This individual is responsible for New Platform video project development across all aspects of the business: relationship development, packaging, execution, audience, and sponsorship.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, nimble, and extremely organized. The role requires engagement across all Conde Nast brands, multiple teams within CNÉ, and external partners across a diversity of platforms. The role is based in New York and reports directly to the SVP, Marketing, Distribution, and New Platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with CNÉ Business Development to execute a strategy for New Platform expansion, including identifying key players in the marketplace and determining what they are buying and how they are transacting on new content
• Actively foster new and existing relationships with each platform, establishing day to day contacts to move projects forward
• Engage with the CNÉ/Brand Executive Producers, Development, and Strategy teams to identify projects within existing programing plans that could be developed for new platforms
• Oversee production of each project- working with both internal and external partners.
• Work with the CNÉ Production team to coordinate budgets and production management processes to ensure show materials are delivered efficiently and on time
• Coordinate with legal and business affairs team in the execution of talent deals, rights clearances, and approvals
• Work with CNÉ Marketing and Conde Nast Brands teams to develop audience delivery plans for each program, including media and editorial support
• Work with Communications and Events teams to devise new, creative ways support each project
• Work with Marketplace Solutions and the CNÉ Marketing team to develop sales packages, when appropriate, for each project.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of work experience in the media industry
• Digital editorial, production, and programming experience
• Passion and enthusiasm for digital video and all its iterations
• A voracious consumer of pop culture
• Solid organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and cross team collaboration skills. No is just another way to Yes.
