About you
The IT teams of Ubisoft are seeking a skillful digital content specialist with community developer skills.
We’re looking for someone who can
• Create video and editorial content to ensure the 12000 Ubisoft team members understand our strategic role
• Establish editorial guidelines for our communication channels [newsletters, video, internal social media, external comms]
• Manage our internal portal and blog
• Lead internal community management with our partners
• The digital wizard to join our worldwide teams will work under the supervision of the Global IT
• Communications Manager, in close partnership with other powered-up heroes, from different cultures.
The ideal candidate is driven and self-motivated, a digitally native, passionate about the gaming industry, internal and external communities and, obviously, communications.
He / she must have a proven-track record in sites management.
This is how your character looks like:
As the Digital Content Specialist of the IT, you will design, implement and follow-up on communication initiatives via across multiple online channels and events for a worldwide audience
• Act as the IT sites content manager, aka optimize the way content is managed, published and shared via internal sites
• Together with your manager, identify the IT sites contributors, coach them on the content governance and constantly accompany them to post updated, timely and easy-to-understand content
• Oversee and implement the editorial communication for our channels [ newsletters, video, social media, external comms etc]
• Accompany a pool of IT spokespersons to push relevant, timely and accurate content via these channels
• Analyze and report impacts of communication and community promotion around IT. Generate meaningful reports on what the community feels about us and the services we deliver
• Create, push and follow-up on community publishing with high level of quality and timeliness (videos, animations, skype broadcasts, etc)
Qualifications
These are your skills
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years’ experience with brand communications, forums, intranets, companies’ showcase sites and social media
• Self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to make things happen
• Active communicator and excellent at building relationships throughout the organization
• A structured mind, able to synthetize
• Hunger for learning
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French (Bilingual)

• Being a passionate gamer or genuinely interested in games
• Proving technical writing skills on online media
• Video production and / or graphic arts experience
• Being able to travel, including international travel
