Key Accountability:
Represents the headquarters Employee Engagement CoE in designing engagement programs and initiatives for the Comcast Technology + Product population (employees spanning across Technology, Product, Customer Experience). Overall responsibility includes developing and driving business unit best-in-class strategies to cultivate a positive work environment and optimize the engagement levels of all Technology, Product, and Customer Experience employees. Directs and ensures the effective delivery of employee engagement consultative services to the Business and HR Leaders. Develops efficient approaches to improve the 'Employee Experience' across all departments, partnering with leadership and HR Business Partner teams. Major emphasis is placed on organizational effectiveness, team effectiveness, and positive work culture.
Role Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive work culture strategy to enhance employee engagement. Leverage Comcast employee Net Promoter System initiative to link the employee experience with the customer experience. Include HR Business Partners in the development and execution. Provide regular updates to the Senior Leadership Team on our progress against desired outcomes.
• Lead the administration and analysis of the YourVoice (Comcast Employee Survey tool) survey as well as employee pulse surveys and work with management teams and HR Business Partners to design effective response programs to employee feedback.
• Create an ongoing process for utilizing various data points (eNPS, YourVoice, Comcast Listens, other surveys, focus groups) to provide insights on how to improve the work climate, enhance employee perceptions of the workplace, and maximize leadership capability. .
• Partner with the VP HR Strategic Operations to establish meaningful metrics to track the effectiveness of employee engagement activities.
• Partner with the VP of HR Business Operations to ensure employee engagement activities support other HR activities (e.g. Administrative Services, Talent Management, etc.) to drive a consistent and meaningful 'Employee Experience'. Recommend and help implement team effectiveness tools , HR process and system changes as required to help our managers be better leaders of people.
• Provide coaching and guidance to business unit HR leaders on best practices in the area of Employee Engagement and Team Effectiveness. Work with HR Leadership team to develop a core competency profile for this skill set. Design appropriate training and learning tools for HR and business leaders.
• Partner with our Total Rewards team to redesign Technology + Product reward and recognition programs, including Circle of Success and other programs making rewards and recognition front and center for our leaders and employees.
• Work with Comcast University to develop management development curriculum for Technology and Call Center leaders aimed at developing an 'employee engagement' skill set.
• Work with the Technology + Product internal communications teams to ensure important workplace topics are included in ongoing employee communications.
Desired Competencies/Qualifications:
• Generally requires 10+ years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in related human resources discipline or equivalent education, HR certifications and work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team of professionals setting vision, strategy, tactics and delivery.
• Demonstrated change management acumen.
• Exceptional organizational leadership skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong orientation to building a work environment that drives a positive work environment through effective 'employee engagement' practices.
• Demonstrated consultative skills in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated capabilities in developing and leveraging HR metrics to guide HR effectiveness.
• Demonstrated project, process and implementation skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills.

• Knowledge and proficiency of PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree (Organizational Behavior)
• Ten or more years of HR experience
• PHR or SPHR certification
