Responsibilities:
• To aid in TSN’s content revenue-generation strategy by working collaboratively with all internal groups to package existing content sponsorship, evolve integration philosophies, and develop new concepts/ ideas
• Leverage and develop marketing and brand building strategies to help shape content, sub-brand and production elements as part of innovative best-in-class opportunities
• Work with producers to determine programming/sponsor opportunities for all studio/live broadcasts, magazine shows and standalone programs. Ideate and share new ideas. Keep producers up-to-date on current sales requirements and strategies
• Build and manage yearly content schedule to align with sales calendar
• Analyse sponsor integration opportunities within planned marketing mix, while strategizing on production and sponsorship efficiencies
• Work with Creative Agency to develop any creative assets required for revenue generation
• Work with digital product team to understand what integrations are possible on each platform, new ad formats, and emerging technologies. Ideate new digital solutions and help bring them to life
• Work with digital producers to develop digital content schedule, and integration opportunities
Qualifications:
• Strong sports knowledge and cross-platform passion
• 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or content
• Experience in developing creative marketing programs/ products
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines
• Affinity for learning new technologies, with passion and desire to stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in online technology, interactivity and social interaction
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A strong sense of style and knack for discovering trends
• Marketing or sports-related degree preferred
Work conditions:
• Hours of Work;40 hours per week. Overtime as required
• Salary : Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
