The Order to Cash Solution Manager for Order Management(OM) is the main interface between the customer services business function and technology and is responsible for any enterprise solutions for OM from concept through to delivery and support. Within the Enabling Programme this role will take end to end responsibility for the design, development, implementation and support of the Oracle OM solution across all workstreams of the Enabling Programme IT solution. In support of this the role will also own OM data integration with other systems and OM legacy systems. This role will create a enterprise Oracle Order management based systems solution capable of meeting the business requirements in a cost effective, robust, and scalable way. The role will report to the Manager, Order to Cash Solutions. Day to day working with be aligned closely with the Programme roadmap, and will work closely with the Programme Management office and chosen systems integrator.
Qualifications
• Design, develop, implement and support the Oracle solution to meet the requirements of the business
• Be an IT business partner for the OM functions and drive continuous improvements across systems (from order capture to fulfillment) landscape
• Design and support the solution for OM system integration with other systems
• Seek, introduce and support leading practice IT OM processes
• Support the retirement of legacy OM systems
• Create and maintain OM systems documentation and standards
• Gather and document business requirements * Configure application modules * Create functional specification documents with business
• Assist developers with technical specification documents
• Develop acceptance test scenarios and participate in testing activities
• Responsible for driving adherence to project milestones, including implementing appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from plan
• Report and highlight workstream risks and issues to the project management team
