Pearson Australia is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide specialised support to our customers and ensure they have an optimum experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer support issues via email or phone and provide proactive support to customers that are using Pearson products.
You are a key point of contact for our internal and external customers across the Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment line of business.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in customer service and support roles, with the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office & Google suites
• Experience working in a customer service or technical support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
