Talent Development Coordinator
Job Description:
Position reporting directly to Associate Director, Talent Development and partnering with multiple Talent
Development Generalists. This position will manage all on‐boarding, some off‐boarding responsibilities, and
manage compliance requirements as it relates to the new hire process
Key position responsibilities
• Manage entire on boarding process for all new hires through the Taleo on boarding system
• Act as liaison for all departments involved in the new hire process
• Manage new hire orientation enrollment and orientation set up
• Handle WPP employment verification for new hires’ prior service
• Generate offer letters to all full‐time candidates
• Manage all new hire employee paperwork
• Process all joiners and leavers in the internal system
• Point of contact for all new hire questions including employee first day onboarding
• Enter new hire data into ADP, our HRIS system
• Assist with auditing ADP data entry and payroll log reports
• Track Ethics and Compliance class completion
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless new hire process
• Manage the Grey Buddy Program
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required skills include but are not limited
• BA Degree
• Experience with ADP
• Experience with Taleo
Additional preferred competencies:
• Previous Human Resources experience
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Process driven and process orientated
• Ability to multi‐task
