Job Description
Support the order management activities within Canada’s E-Shop
Order management
• Compare E-com order transmissions to those received by the 3PL and ensure on time fulfillment is done by the 3PL
• Monitor the pre-orders for new releases within the E-com tools
• Validate Canadian items are properly created
• Follow inventory levels are adequate for order fulfillment
• Coordinate with the warehouse on order release
• Track customer orders in order to build KPIs and post-mortems for management
• Follow returns are received by the warehouse within expected timelines
• Perform daily order depletions on shipped items and returns in our ERP system
• Process orders for Marketing or Interco requests; create customs documentation and organize carrier coordination for exports
Administrative and Support
• Release requisitions and issue changes on internal POs when requested
• Compare outbound freight charged vs quoted rates and present a monthly summary to management
• Provide forecasts to the 3PL
• Work proactively with Customer Service when issues are addressed
• Cross-train on the purchasing flows in order to be able to replace during an absence period
• Escalate issues related to the above with manager
• Participate in ongoing process improvements within the tools or changes directed by management
Qualifications
• DEC in administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in Order Management and Customer Service, E-commerce an asset
• Other Supply Chain experience a plus (Import Logistics and Customs, Purchasing, Manufacturing, in Canadian retail distribution)
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft v9, an asset (or any other ERP system), BI reporting
• Comfortable in using BI tools
• Experience working with MS Office, MS Excel and Outlook (intermediate level an asset)
• Advance English (spoken and written)
• Fluent French (spoken and written)
