A little bit about our team:
Central point of contact for wholly owned label personnel for all questions related to YouTube Art Track and digital video production (singles, long form, YouTube / manual claiming). This includes: keeping abreast of Art Track creation and delivery, video premiere dates and partners; coordinating the scheduling of content for premiere, ad supported streaming and commercial download partners; tracking video production and delivery of spec compliant assets; tracking master, publishing and visual clearances; checking for proper product set up; confirming product deliveries with key departments and troubleshooting issues with digital account deliveries. Liaise with Interactive/Digital Marketing departments to provide visibility to all video content planned for side loading and claiming.
Here you’ll get to:
• Create catalog & new release art tracks for YouTube on a weekly basis for all WMG labels, track and report progress.
• Responsible for delivering new video single releases to digital partners for Warner Bros. & Nonesuch.
• Coordinate & track video products between various label departments (Video Promotion, Marketing, Sales, A&R Admin and Digital Marketing) and Release Operations scheduling teams for Warner Bros. Records & Nonesuch. Deliver weekly report.
• Responsible for delivering Long Form, TV, and/or other video specialty products for WBR, Nonesuch, Rhino, Warner Nashville, Atlantic, FBR, & Roadrunner.
• Responsible for maintaining a solid understanding of delivery deadlines, daily packaging, and delivery timelines for all video products types.
• Attend and participate in WBR and Nonesuch label production meetings.
• Responsible for claiming YouTube videos for: Warner Bros., Nonesuch, Rhino, Warner Music Nashville, & Time Life.
• Assist in label on and off-boarding projects across all of WMG.
• Assist in draft application/process user guides for distribution across the company.
• Participate in weekly meeting with WEA and YouTube operations teams.
• Assist with ADA & Atlantic claiming at YouTube as needed
• Ad hoc support for Long Form Video Sales
• Assist Digital Specialty Products, Production, and Digital Account Teams with projects and troubleshooting as needed.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook and Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Easily adaptable to moving deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team Player
• Genuine interest in music
• Results oriented with problem solving ability with a keen eye for detail and deadline awareness.
• Familiar with video file formats
• Excel proficient including formulas and large data set analysis
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College Degree preferred or equivalent business experience preferred
• At least 1-3 years previous experience preferred
