Job Description:

A little bit about our team:
Central point of contact to track monetization, claiming, and delivery all WMG video content across all digital platforms. Liaise with labels including international affiliates to ensure video masters are being submitted centrally and delivered to all possible platforms. This position will work on frontline and catalog videos.
Here you’ll get to:
• Track videos uploading within the WMG YouTube network of channels globally and ensure video compliance across WMG.
• Liaise with all WMG labels, domestic and international to ensure video sources are submitted and distributed to all partners appropriately.
• Aggregate video data from a variety of sources and create comprehensive compliance reports for all WMG labels.
• Using aggregate data, make recommendations for optimizing the compliance process within the studios and supply chain.
• Interface with IT to develop additional tools as needed to support and streamline process.
• Run YouTube Auto Claim Report Globally on a recurring basis (weekly or bi-weekly)
• Coordinate with studio and vendors to support new file formats and products in WMG supply chain.
• Support Mirriad scheduling and production process for all WMG labels with YouTube.
• YouTube Fingerprint support for all labels, ad hoc fingerprint delivery, troubleshooting, staying abreast of account specifications.
• Investigate pre-release leaks for all labels as needed.
• Populate and submit various forms and purchase orders to support Long Form Video production process across all WMG labels.
• Assist in label on and off-boarding projects.
• Assist draft application/process user guides for distribution across the company.
• Participate in weekly meeting with WEA and YouTube operations teams.
• Assist with ADA & Atlantic claiming at YouTube as needed
• Ad hoc support for Long Form Video Sales
• Assist Digital Specialty Products, Production, and Digital Account Teams with projects and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist in creating catalog Art Tracks at YouTube on a weekly basis for all WMG labels, track and report progress.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook and Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team Player
• Genuine interest in music
• Results oriented with problem solving ability with a keen eye for detail and deadline awareness.
• Familiar with video file formats
• Excel proficient including formulas and large data set analysis
• YouTube CMS experience a preferred plus
• International interfacing experience a plus
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College Degree preferred or equivalent business experience preferred
• At least 1-3 years previous experience preferred
