We are seeking an innovative, experienced and proactive Inside Sales Director who will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales team dedicated to providing comprehensive media solutions to current and potential advertisers.
You will build and lead an elite team of inside sales experts to develop and execute a nation strategy to drive growth of our small and medium sized business segments. Experience building teams from the ground-up is critical, as well as, a proven track record of strong leadership in an inside sales environment. The ideal candidate will be someone that can demonstrate their initiative, resourcefulness and ingenuity along with high level of strategy coupled with strong sales background, preferably in media or adjacent industry.
Responsibilities
·Build, train and lead the inside sale team to grow market penetration and depth of client relationships within the small and medium size business segments.
·Develop and implement sales strategy, sales structure and realignment, product portfolio/packaging/pricing, etc., to ensure that we are best positioned to maximize opportunities.
·Ensures execution and adoption of sales strategies, plans and best practices to increase digital and overall revenue growth and achieve budgeted goals.
·Develop, communicate and drive a clear vision for the inside sales team.
·Provides appropriate mix of direction and strategy. Collaborates with the leadership team on strategy, innovation, etc., to ensure that new ideas are evaluated and developed as appropriate.
·Identifies customer needs and builds custom client solutions that differentiate our solutions from competitors.
·Coach and develop teams to generate world class sales results across multiple platforms and ensures plans and best practices are implemented and tracked.
·Develop and holds staff accountable to revenue goals, objectives, KPIs and other metrics.
·Lead the development, refinement and deployment of inside sales approach, tools and training.
·Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
·Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, and work with the sales teams to develop and implement innovative action plans.
·Grows market through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend while increasing client satisfaction.
·Become the foremost expert in inside sales within the industry.
·Collaborate across departments to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company’s growth

Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related area.
·Minimum 7+ years sales experience with a proven track record in building and growing a multiple M+ revenue business. Sales experience with digital marketing products and services preferred.
