Job Summary
This is a key growth position in our rapidly expanding Performance Media practice, providing service to our clients and internal account management teams. In this role, you would be able to leverage your internet and performance marketing skills to develop, execute, and optimize digital media affiliate campaigns.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• 25% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Affiliate campaigns across platforms and internal / external systems. Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends and messaging key trends and insights to internal account teams and external client contacts.
• 25% - Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency.
• 20% - Maintain open, communicative relationships with the teams to ensure all work is holistically aligned and all expectations are managed. This includes: Brand Teams, other Digital Activation teams, Analytics Team, the clients team directly, affiliate partnerships and technology providers.
• 15% - Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
• 5% - Prospect and develop relationships with key super-affiliates to identify innovative strategic solutions to our clients’ marketing challenges
• 5% - Use successful acquisition / incentive strategies and effective affiliate P/L management to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics [CPA]
• 5% - Provide consistent and effective support to Senior Managers on forecasting and new business opportunities
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has the opportunity to manage others as the team grows.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• 3 years’ experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]
• Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics
• Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights
• Advanced MS Excel fluency required
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking professional
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
