We are in search of a vibrant and innovative self-starter to fill the role of Senior Marketing Manager. This position will drive the strategy and creative vision behind and execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives including internal/external marketing and communications campaigns that lean on all aspects of marketing (paid media, social marketing, content marketing, email marketing, PR, etc.). This individual will be adept at facilitating projects and coaching teams in a highly creative, fast paced and solutions-oriented environment. This individual will have a passion for marketing to Millennials and Gen Z’s as well as the creative know-how to drive high impact campaigns using creativity and grassroots efforts while enjoying the challenges of a dynamic, rapidly changing industry.
Essential responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Envision and guide implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple departments
• Project management of the holistic marketing vision for campaigns
• Orchestrate efforts of cross functional teams to execute on strategic launches, campaigns and events to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and updated
• Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings and presentations
• Communicate timelines and approvals and provide timely status reports, introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives
• Facilitate ongoing team discussions and resolve conflict
• Identify, develop and roll out new processes when appropriate
• Analyze campaign components and results and leverage to drive strategy and improve on future campaigns
Qualifications
• B.S. or M.S. in Marketing or similar applied field
• 5+ years experience in Marketing for consumer internet and/or media entertainment company with preferred specialty in Content Marketing
• Strong command of the digital and social media space
• Outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, presentation, written, etc.)
• Proven experience working with teams across multiple department
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Passionate for Asian entertainment content (Korean dramas, K-pop, Chinese films, etc.) is a plus
