We are looking for a talented individual to become a part of our Field Research team and support our dedicated Field Examiner line of business. Communication & outreach, attention to detail, administrative and critical thinking skills will all be integral in this temporary role, which is projected for up to 6-months onsite in our beautiful Far NorthEast San Antonio campus.
Key responsibilities include:
• Very high-volume of outbound calls
• Identify potential examiners and sites, including but not limited to, searches in the system database, internet searches, and call lists that meet current project criteria, and communicate knowledgeably about current and/or forthcoming projects in order to elicit their participation in future projects.
• Complete all follow-through tasks associated with bringing a site and/or an examiner on board including, but not limited to, developing letters, overseeing mailing of specific site and examiner project materials, and handling agreements within 24 hours of examiner contact.
• Return messages within 1 business day.
• Meet goals on the number of examiners/sites to sign-up

• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Word/Access/Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s Degree or near completion in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Communication, Business, or other closely related degree is highly preferred.
• Availability to work reg business hours between 8:30- 4:30 pm, M-F
