Reports to: General Manager, Communications and Marketing, Bell Media Sales Quebec
Summary:
Under the supervision of the General Manager, Communications and Marketing, the Project manager manages the communication tools for the marketing of the business units of Bell Media Sales, TV, Display, radio and digital, in support of the business development Bell Media in Quebec. Realization of customer events bringing together the advertising industry (programming launches, themed events, etc.) and internal events (seminars, conferences, etc.).

• The Marketing & Innovation team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator that will be an integral member of the team in supporting Bell Media Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management
◦ Assist in the management of multiple, key team projects. This includes preparing and managing critical paths, writing project and creative briefs, plan development, managing budgets, and execution of projects
◦ Gather feedback to build continuous learning into everything we do
◦ Work closely with events team to ensure flawless execution of marketing projects
◦ Update and manage guest lists
◦ Source, distribute, and manage merchandise and prizing inventory
◦ Create schedules and book client presentations
◦ Related and various administrative tasks
• Communications
◦ Gather and assist in writing content for internal communications.
◦ Manage the bellmediasales.ca website and ensure content is updated in a timely manner.
◦ Manage the Bell Media Sales Inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
◦ Audit social media and competitive landscape; develop a social media content calendar; update platforms; tracking and reporting.
• Marketing Planning
◦ Participate in marketing planning process – share ideas and suggestions.
◦ Keep the marketing calendar up-to-date.
Critical Competencies:
• A minimum of 2-year experience managing multiple, simultaneously projects from start to finish (writing creative briefs, developing the overall plan, budget management, work backs, logistics, posts) preferred.
• An energetic, self-motivated, business minded leader.
• A critical thinker and creative problem solver who sees opportunities where others don’t and finds ways of charting a path forward.
• A natural curiosity and a lifelong learner with a demonstrated interest in pop culture, arts, and music.
• Superior PC and MAC knowledge specifically working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote.
• Proficiency with CMS tools (WordPress) is preferred.
• A thorough and intimate understanding of the social media landscape, metrics, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of French language is an asset.
• University education required.
Bilingualism is Required (English and French)
