Analyst, Digital Paid Search (SEM)
Summary
The Digital Center of Excellence manages XFINITY.com as well as other properties that are focused on engaging consumers and businesses online throughout the customer life cycle. It is an entrepreneurial, fast-growing team with high impact and significant exposure across the organization. Our Search department manages one of Google's largest U.S. search advertising budgets and delivers the highest percentage of online new customer acquisitions and business leads. Ultimately, we are responsible for delivering the optimal, unified brand presence across SEM & SEO for all search engines. This role will support Comcast Business's paid search program.
Core Responsibilities
-Assist in managing all elements of paid search campaign management
-Assist in implementing, optimizing, and tracking our paid search (SEM) programs, following up with measurement and reporting of campaigns from start to end to ensure KPIs are achieved (CTR, leads, phone calls, chats, etc).
-Find, build, and test new campaigns and ideas on a continuous basis
-Test and take advantage of new features as they come up for different advertising tools
-Support data analysis and develop ad hoc reports for all aspects of our SEM programs
-Develop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities from various campaigns.
Education and Experience
Education Level-Bachelor's Degree or Higher
Field of Study Business, math, statistics, economics, marketing, etc.
Years Experience Generally requires 2-5 years of related experience
Other Specific skills:
-Analytical Digital analytics experience with expertise in digital marketing, paid search and search engine optimization
-Team player with strong presentation skills
-Experience with a wide range of digital analytics tools including: Google Adwords, DS3, Digital Attribution tools, Adobe Reports & Analytics, etc. is a plus
-Experience with A/B tests
• Expert-level competence in the core MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Hard-working, willing to learn, and eager to be part of an enthusiastic team.
