JOB SUMMARY
In this position you will serve as a liaison to a particular business unit and provide technical solutions in support of direct mail, outbound telemarketing, online and other direct response marketing efforts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Ensure integrity of offers and data in direct-to-consumer data warehouse
• Gather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues to automate processes and functions
• Translate high level business process design or redesign and documentation as needed
• Manage the development of standard & ad hoc reports related to the data warehouse
• Act as liaison to IT on database support issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Experience with Access or similar data warehouse
• Deep experience gathering and refining business requirements and automating processes
• Experience working and communicating with many business owners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Cable or Telecommunications experience
Education, Certification & Licenses
• BS/BA in IT, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
