Job Summary:
We are seeking a Coordinator, Integrations & Media Planning who is proactive, motivated and eager to learn. You are the right candidate if you have a passion for music, entertainment, media, and advertising and consider yourself detail oriented, great with numbers and a Microsoft Excel whiz.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Integrations Planning, you will assist in tracking the sales activity & inventory for iHeartMedia’s Live Events (i.e. iHeartRadio Music Festival, Country Festival, Fiesta Latina, Jingle Ball, Theater Shows, etc.), including custom on-air/digital programming based sponsorships. You will also assist members of the Integrated Media team in daily planning activities to prepare custom cross-platform media plans for the National Sales Organization.
Integrations Planning responsibilities:
• Assist in tracking categories pitched and sold for iHeartRadio Live events (i.e. Auto, QSR, NAB, etc.)
• Generate Sales Force revenue and pipeline reports to monitor event sales activity & pitch status
• Work with internal teams, Sales, Digital Programming & Finance to confirm event related program details: exclusivity, flight dates, # of promotional spots, type of sponsor integrations
• Help monitor radio on-air promotional inventory for event sponsors including impression allocation & delivery
• Support Senior Director on weekly analysis of live, on-air/digital programs, including categories sold, YOY revenue comparison, media and # of pitches by event vertical
Integrated Media Planning responsibilities:
• Help team prepare custom cross-platform media plans for National sales.
• Combine individual media plans from National On-air Radio, Local Radio, Digital, Outdoor, Sponsorship and create consolidated cross-platform media plans using Excel.
• Update media plan templates for Live Event Sponsorship and Custom Programs

Qualifications
• 0-1 years of advertising/media/inventory/project management experience; or job experience working with numbers (Accounting, Finance, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree with related coursework in advertising, project management, media planning and appropriate internships
