We are looking for a Strategic Planning Director to join our New York City Strategic Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fielding and managing primary research projects--including insight mining, creative testing and application of client-provided research to strategic and creative approaches.
• Applying insight to shape brand development and ideation.
• Responsible for leading strategic thinking on a selection of our major accounts across advertising and digital.
• Work with clients to develop a strategic approach to that builds their brands and delivers business value.
• Develop and oversee briefs to drive the strategy forward through client and agency organizations.
• Work with Creative to ensure the best possible work that will be effective in market.
requirements
• Four year degree is required.
• 5+ years brand & strategic planning experience required.
• Strategic as well as competent analytical skills.
• Collaborative work style.
• Good public speaker.
• Management experience for a team of 3-5.
