The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
Description:
The Small Business Acquisition and Customer Marketing team is responsible for the end to end analysis, development and implementation of marketing programs, aimed at generating demand for new products and services within Bell’s growing small business portfolio.
The team is currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical and implementation-minded Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs. Supported by the Senior Manager, Acquisition and Customer Marketing, this position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to develop and grow, and deliver programs end to end, from data analysis to strategy and planning to in-market execution.
Core Responsibilities:
• Core participant in the development of end to end Small Business acquisition and customer marketing strategy, spanning from quarterly program planning, performance analysis, to execution accountability on mass, direct and online marketing campaigns
• Derive strategic insights by conducting data analysis to understand results, uncover opportunities and develop recommendations to improve existing marketing programs
• Monitor and understand KPIs and make recommendations to improve short-term and long-term performance
• Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities (i.e. new programs, campaigns, segments, targeting opportunities, data sources and models etc.) to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive focus on priority programs and deliver marketing targets
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to obtain campaign sizing, customer lists and establish results for marketing programs
• Work with channel partners to forecast call volumes, launch marketing campaigns and to ensure the channels have the right tools to drive ARPU
• Work with marketing communication partners to deliver mass and targeted marketing campaigns
• Partner with other cross-functional teams, most notably Product Management and Mobility and Residential teams to collectively drive BCE results
Critical Qualifications:
• 2+ years marketing experience, telecommunications experience an asset
• Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
• Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and an ability to use both mediums to tell concise, actionable stories to all levels of the organization (channel agents and senior executives)
• Ability to draft program and marketing briefs in a clear and articulate manner
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing across all media types including direct mail, digital and online, mass advertising, etc.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a fast paced environment
• Ability to establish & maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Results-oriented and have a passion to succeed
• Customer focused, team player, innovative and self-motivated
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
