Position: Sales Coordinator, Bell Media
Location: 1800 McGill College, Montreal
Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Account Managers with agency presentations and media proposals ensuring outmost accuracy
• Responsible for booked contract entries, revisions, proposal entries and maintenance of campaigns. Liaise with various departments ensuring the follow through on campaign details
• Effectively communicate information between sales account managers and their clients
• Perform administrative duties for client folders. To include all pertinent details of campaigns
• Monitor performance of campaigns; administer pre-compensation, complete post analyses and schedule post-compensation as necessary
• Answer agency and traffic inquiries (i.e. missing contracts/material/instructions)
• Assist in building submissions in the proposal system
• Generate reports to account managers showing activity within territories
• Work on various projects independently and within a team
• Proactive and takes initiatives to ensure campaigns maintained and delivered
• Maintain all client folders to include all pertinent details
Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years related work experience (customer service, coordinator)
• College/University education in marketing, administration or related field, is an asset
• Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Past experience in sales or media industry is an asset
• Strong work ethic, resourceful, attention to detail and discreet with strong follow-up skills
• Independent, resourceful, detail oriented, welcomes innovations and change
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Outlook, adaptability to new software, a must
Bilingualism is required (English and French).
