We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven marketing manager to join our platform marketing team. The team is responsible for driving growth and user engagement through Twitter’s owned and operated marketing channels.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment, is passionate about problem-solving, and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects.
You will be responsible for supporting and executing campaigns across our on-platform channels. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and contribute in cross-functional teams to execute exciting and impactful global campaigns.
What you will be doing:
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimization and reporting across O&O channels
• Collaborate with international teams to track media spend and performance goals
• Work closely with creative team to develop and localize creative assets
• Develop, implement and document A/B tests and experiments
• Work closely with engineering, product marketing and creative team to create, test and launch campaigns in a timely manner
• Develop and refine processes to improve channel efficiency and efficacy
• Partner with product, operations, and analytics to improve channel capabilities, targeting and other platform capabilities
• Partner Management: Work closely with external partners on executing app store and other distribution channels.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business or operations
• Strong attention to detail, results-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize among many demands and work with minimal supervision
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a level of ambiguity
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers
• A passion for technology and problem solving
Preferred:
• Experience in digital advertising, analytics and/or social media
• International marketing experience
• Experience in market research and analysis
