We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Marketing team within Architectural Digest and Condé Nast Traveler. The role will require the individual to ideate marketing concepts, present integrated proposals, and execute programs that will help attract and increase the brands’ cross-platform (mobile, desktop, video, print, and experiential) advertising businesses.
What you will do:
As an Integrated Marketing specialist at Architectural Digest and Condé Nast Traveler, you will be working with the Heads of Revenue and Sales teams to create innovative presentations that include display, video, social, mobile, and print solutions that meet client objectives and drive revenue. As part of the Marketing team, this person will also collaborate with research and creative teams to deliver sales marketing presentations on behalf of the brands’ sales organization that are aligned with revenue objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Ideation; writing and presentation; project management including event execution
• Development of integrated marketing proposals across a variety of selling categories and budget levels
• Act as the client-facing lead and project-manage sold programs across media platforms; engage and oversee internal departments (Creative, Experiential, etc.) and outside vendors to achieve successful outcomes
• Manage all custom program budgets
• Support department signature programs, including owning activations within larger tentpole events and executing media sponsorships that are part of them
• Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing within the media industry
• Strong writing and creative-thinking abilities
• Demonstrated strength writing proposals
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience executing sponsored activations at large events and retail/boutique events
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Strong knowledge of digital and mobile advertising capabilities and implementation
• Experienced with InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms
