Overview and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Vice President, Digital Partnerships and Audience Development to join the Mobile and Emerging Platforms team. This role will be responsible for managing and driving key relationships with key platform partners, and developing and executing the overall strategy and plans to drive audience engagement and revenue goals via mobile and emerging platforms. The role will cover all brands within the Global Entertainment Group, including MTV, Comedy Central, VH1, Spike, Logo, CMT, TV Land. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President and will be based in New York.
• Manage and drive strategic relationships/partnerships for all 3rd party mobile and emerging platform partners (e.g. Roku, Apple, Google, etc.) to elevate positioning and promotion of our apps/experiences, achieve more favorable business terms/commitments, drive usage/engagement, etc.
• Develop and execute the overall strategy and plans to achieve audience engagement and revenue goals via mobile and emerging platforms, including TV Everywhere apps
• Work closely and collaborate with internal brand stakeholders (marketing, social, content teams) and internal central team stakeholders (product, sales, content distribution) to create innovative marketing, product and content initiatives with digital partners
• Foster valuable strategic and economic partnerships with promising new platforms and technologies
• Seek out new digital opportunities and technologies to secure meaningful presence for brands (music, VR/AR, gaming)
• Manage app marketing budget for paid social and digital media campaigns to drive app downloads
• Manage Audience Development team dedicated to growing our branded apps on mobile and emerging platforms
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant digital experience, media planning and buying, business development, app marketing or equivalent experience
• Established network of relationships within the digital entertainment and media platform partners
• Fluency in all aspects of digital marketing, particularly on relevant TV Everywhere-based platforms, segmented audience targeting, App Store SEO, etc.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, projects and partners in an ever evolving environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to travel, interact with clients/partners, and attend conferences on behalf of the team
• Familiarity with the television/media business and TV Everywhere apps
