Position Summary:
The coordinator is responsible for data analysis, metadata collection, editorial support and quality control for SiriusXM's IP delivered content.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Work directly with Senior Manager of IP Content to assess subscriber behavior patterns and trends.
• Assist with ad hoc reports for informing programming stakeholders on content performance.
• Evaluate quality of search & recommendation algorithms.
• Assess quality and/or quantity of existing metadata and provide timely recommendations for improving search & recommendation experience for subscribers.
• Facilitate generating additional reports as required.
• Provide QA monitoring and guidance for SiriusXM's streaming platform.
• May assist with updating metadata guide for programming.
• May assist in gathering, assessing, and tagging other non-audio content for inclusion with IP-delivered audio.
• May participate in meetings with and assist in training programming department members on relevant metadata tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 6-12 months of analytics experience, preferably in radio or digital media.

• Strong data presentation skills.
• Top-notch spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot workflow issues.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel, including deep understanding of formulas, templating, and formatting.
• Knowledge of CMS tools and process.
• Familiarity with IBM Cognos, Tableau, and QlikView Analytics dashboards a plus.
