Global Partnerships

Execute effective corporate sales calls and presentations promoting the purchase of sponsorships and premium seating products in order to meet established sales objectives.
Proactively solicit and follow up on any personal sales leads under the guidelines established by supervisors.
Maintain and be able to produce on a regular basis accurate reports regarding sales, appointments and account maintenance.
Work in conjunction with the sales and service team to uphold mandates on the entire department regarding sales and objectives.
Participation in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.
Account Management
•Build and sustain positive relationships with T-Mobile Arena clients through direct and indirect communication. Dealing with, managing and maintaining developed and assigned customer accounts.
•Manage client expectations and service needs as the primary contact for T-Mobile Arena and all T-Mobile Arena clients.
•Attempt to achieve first-contact resolution of client issues to ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively.
•Accountable for running an effective Account Service Plan including quarterly touch points and maintain that plan with the Director Premium Sales and SVP Global Partnerships.
•Assist with the planning and leadership role of Sponsorship and Premium Seating special events such as client road trips, golf tournaments, receptions, conferences and other special events.
•Work with Premium Seating Sales and Sponsorship staff by developing a renewal plan for assigned accounts in their final year. Position may be eligible for a renewal incentive.
•Support the T-Mobile Arena Accounting department in obtaining payments for outstanding accounts and working with clients on setting up approved payment plan.
Ticket Management
•Utilize the arena ticketing system as a database for account history, ticket orders and client visits.
•Assist in training T-Mobile Arena accounts on using their “Account Manager” to order additional tickets and parking, Right of First Refusal and special event offers.
•Accountable for updating and maintaining arena ticketing system with current client information and logging in client touch points.
•Assist clients in fulfilling additional ticket requests.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

•Attend arena sponsored charity events within the local community
•Other tasks and duties as assigned by Supervisor
