The Premium Ticketing Representative is responsible for day-to-day operations related to premium ticketing and client fulfillment at the T-Mobile and Grand Garden Arena.
Essential Duties:
•Facilitate premium event build including: shell, scaling, pricing, holds, and print tickets. Work with senior leadership to hold ticket inventory through blocking and releasing of tickets.
•System fulfillment including: suites, premiums, club sales, TMA back offer, SROs, and other premium ticketed areas and allocate relos (if necessary).
•Support the Box Office in maintaining show builds, blocking, sightlines and events inventory.
•Maintain multiple unique ticketing platforms including but not limited to Ticketmaster, ARCHTICS, AXS and Veritix.
•Support event creation from a ticketing system perspective including web links for MyAccount.
•Generate ticket order processing for premium clients, sponsors, and other outside entities and/or groups. Process ticket orders and will-call requests for shows and events providing prompt and courteous guest service.
•Provide internal and external show information and outside property sales in the ticketing system. Update information on all tours, shows and other event sales.
•Provide customer service solutions and knowledgeable answers to premium guest ticketing related questions and/or concerns.
•Communicate event updates and announcements to premium staff. Generate daily reports of all events and distribute to Premium Staff
•Notify Director and/or senior leadership of any discrepancies, circumstances, missing items or alleged thefts.
•Maintain office supplies and order as necessary, including ticket stock and envelopes.

Required Qualifications:
•A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
•A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience
•Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
•Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ability to learn required business systems
•Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
•Industry experience preferred
