Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for equipping sales staff with timely, accurate, and engaging sales presentation decks in order to drive revenue through media sales. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining templates for decks, producing client-specific pitches, and working with sales staff to ensure client needs are addressed.
Responsibilites:
• Create presentation decks for sales meetings
• Work with the Solutions Engine where new master deck templates are required
• Manage and deliver of deck updates for sales staff in both the Client Sector and Media Sales teams
• Input, adapt and update core information for meeting decks - contacts, offerings, audience figures etc
• Coordinate the central template storage
• Provide data and input to sales team for key areas and clients
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
• Provide support, where necessary, to the wider Sales Enablement team
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a sales marketing function
• Experience supporting Sales and Marketing clients
• Knowledge of sales & design tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong project management skills: follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
